When I am in my community, you can find me dancing without shame even when there is no music. You might see me dancing while passing me at a local market in Sonoma Valley or in Bodega Bay at the beach. Either way I hope that my love of dance might inspire you to do the same.

I am stepping up to lead because my heart work is to bring more love, compassion, and empathy to this world. I do that by practicing with myself and also providing space where others can start that journey as well. We cannot do this work alone and we all need community to make real change in this world.
