Pronouns: she/her

Director of Training and Technical Assistance, LGBTQ Connection Napa

When I am in my community, you can find me volunteering at the Napa Farmers Market, coaching stand-up paddling or outrigger canoeing on the Napa River, hiking and cuddling with my cats.

I live at the edge of my comfort zone - always seeking new ways to utilize the life and professional skills I've gained over the years to learn and grow and support people in our community. I've never been short on passion and enthusiasm, especially for causes close to my heart. I harness that energy to connect with others, share knowledge, exchange ideas and create community around preventing issues like suicide, sexual violence, homophobia and transphobia in order to make our community a healthier and safer place for everyone. I believe that activism, outreach and education are powerful tools for social change and I'm stepping up to lead in order to make positive changes in our community so that collectively we all thrive.
