I am aware of the leader I want to be, and of the fears and challenges I need to face, to be the leader I need to be. I am aware of the risks I must take everyday to accomplish my goal, to be HEARD and SEEN.
- Where I’ve come from and where I expect to be in the next 3-5 years
I come from a place deep within myself which was dominated by my fears and insecurities and headed towards a life that is lived to the fullest because I have paid for all my mistakes, and I know it is time to make the change and move forward.
