*My Story

I am

a strong, passionate, loving young woman.  I am a committed arts advocate, a leader who brings people together, a little sister, and a good friend.

I earn my daily bread

as the Executive Director of Arts Council Napa Valley, and as a writer and singer.

How my leadership has changed as a result of OTV

The most significant impact OTV has had on my leadership, as well as on the rest of my life, is my ability to be “real”, to own my talents and skills and to finally be secure in the knowledge that I have much to offer, much to give, and that I deserve a place at the leadership table.  I’m better able to blend diplomacy and kindness with passion, strength, and conviction.

Where I’ve come from and where I expect to be in the next 3-5 years

Several years ago, I talked to those close to me about my life, and how I knew it was meant to be something bigger, something greater, something far more impactful.  Through OTV, I’ve realized some of that knowledge, and I’m in the thick of the greatest changes of my life, and it’s an incredible place to be.  In the next 3-5 years, who knows?  But I will still be working hard to create positive change in the lives of those around me, still committed to community building, and still committed to learning & growing.
