*My Story
- I am
Passionate young woman who is committed to striking a healthy balance between life and work.
- I earn my daily bread
Working as the Supervisor for the Substance Abuse Prevention & Youth Treatment Unit at Napa County Health and Human Services.
- How my leadership has changed as a result of OTV
I pay attention to personal, interpersonal and professional competence in myself and the people I lead.
- Where I’ve come from and where I expect to be in the next 3-5 years
I’ve journeyed from upper middle class life in Bombay India to poverty in Fairborn Ohio. I seized the opportunity to pursue higher and graduate education which positioned me for leadership in the field of human services. I am not sure where I will be in the next 3-5 years and at this point I am ok with not knowing. My plan is to maximize the opportunities in front of me now.
