As the Assistant Director for V.O.I.C.E.S. in Napa. I coordinate all Technical Assistance efforts for V.O.I.C.E.S. including site visits, presentations, workshops and conferences. I am the chair of the VTC (V.O.I.C.E.S. Technology Committee), and also am involved with Data Collection, Documentation, and Evaluation at V.O.I.C.E.S.
- How my leadership has changed as a result of OTV
Before becoming involved with On The Move, I didn't really see myself as a leader. I hated speaking in publis or voicing my opinion about things. Since becoming a Founding Member of V.O.I.C.E.S., I have established myself as a young leader here in the community of Napa and elsewhere and have found my voice.
