During the last week of October, group 6 went away on their first retreat. They emerged with the following statement:
"Because the world is not fair and it should be, it is necessary to plant seeds of change that will bear fruit long after we are gone. We will push each other with love, con ganas y corazon, as a family of visionary eduators devoted to justice."
Group 6's project will be to launch the first teacher designed credential program in the country.
