A central feature of our On the Verge leadership training program is our highly developed coaching model. We draw upon the skills of experts and leaders across the Bay Area who volunteer to coach Vergers or provide subject matter expertise.

Coaches provide one-on-one guidance and support to Vergers. Prospective coaches
must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the public sector and/or demonstrated abilities in goal setting and inter-personal communication.

Subject Matter Experts (SME) provide one-one and/or group skill building training in specific areas of expertise to Vergers.
