1. Applicant must complete the On the Verge Application Form.

2. We have found that On The Verge has the most impact when we partner with a Verger's workplace or community organization to help the Verger develop the skills and qualities necessary to create change and to develop leadership. The applicant must identify a supervisor or other individual who is willing to work with On The Verge in this capacity. The applicant must request a Recommendation Letter from that person, along with an Organizational Information Form about the organization's understanding of and commitment to the process.
